I have planned a holiday in October, 2010 for Dubai and applied for visa from tourist company for me and my family. I have received the visa for all 3 of my family members (wife, son and daughter) but my visa is stuck up because there is missing exit stamp when I traveled UAE 11 years back by road from Oman. Below is my past history: I was working in Muscat (Oman) and had working visa for Oman from 04-04-1998 to 24-03-1999. During this period, I had to visit UAE, 2 times for official work by road by private vehicle. During these visits, UAE officials have not put any exit stamp on my passport while entering back to Oman. I have proper stamps to enter back to Oman for both times. Now when I want to visit Dubai again after 11 years as tourist to one of my relative who is staying and working there from last 8 years then I am facing problem getting visa for the same because I am not having exit stamps on my passport and now UAE authorities wants the exit proof because they have entry in their records for me but not exit. I have already provided all my visa stamp papers to them. If you go through all my passport papers then you will find out that both times I have entered back to Oman properly and I have entry stamp for it from Oman officials but no stamp from UAE officials. After finishing my project, I came back to India and there is exit stamp from Oman and entry stamp form India also. I would like to request you to please look into this matter and let me know some solution to clear this out so that I can visit Dubai as a tourist with family otherwise I have to spoil my vacations with my family.
